Function of the Committee. The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters: (1) Considering constructive criticisms of all activities so that better relations shall exist between the Employer and the employees. (2) Increasing operating efficiency. (3) Improving of service to the public. (4) Promoting occupational health, safety and sanitary practices. (5) Reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and service (but not grievances concerned with service). (6) Reviewing safety matters and investigating all accidents. (7) Recommending on the job training to the Employer.
