Common use of Function of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Function of the Committee. (a) Considering constructive criticisms of all activities so that better relations shall exist between the employer and employees. (b) Increasing operating efficiency by promoting co-operation in effecting economy moves. (c) Promoting safety and sanitary practices and the observance of safety rules. (d) Reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and service (but not grievances concerned with service). (e) Promoting education and training of the staff.
