FUNDING FOR LARGE PROJECTS. Although Large Project payment must be based on documented actual costs, most Large Projects are initially approved based on estimated costs. Funds are made available to the Sub-Recipient when work is in progress and funds have been expended with documentation of costs available. When all work associated with the project is complete, the State will perform a reconciliation of all costs and will transmit the information to FEMA for its consideration for final funding adjustments (See Closeouts). The submission from the Sub-Recipient requesting this reimbursement must include: a) A Request for Reimbursement (available in the FDEM Grants Management System); b) A Summary of Documentation (SOD) which is titled Reimbursement Detail Report in the FDEM Grants Management System and is automatically created when the Request for Reimbursement is submitted (and is supported by copies of original documents such as, but not limited to, contract documents, insurance policies, payroll records, daily work logs, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders); and, c) The FDEM Cost Claim Summary Workbook (found in the Forms section of the FDEM Grants Management System), along with copies of original documents such as contract documents, invoices, change orders, canceled checks (or other proof of expenditure), purchase orders, etc.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Prohibition of City Funding for Purchase of Single Serving Bottled Water The City’s policy is that City funds should not be used for the purchase of single-serving bottled water except for any of the following: • Public safety emergencies, investigations and extended deployments or activation of the Office of Emergency Services; • Situations where there is a high risk of cross-contamination with non-potable water; or • Situations where there are no reasonable alternatives to bottled water, such as large public events and when large quantities of water need to be distributed for health and safety reasons. An invoice seeking reimbursement from City for the cost of single-serving bottled water under one of the above exceptions must be accompanied by a waiver form provided by the City and signed by the Director.

  • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 33 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties to this Agreement will continue to facilitate on- going training to improve OHS in the industry and to improve Employees’ work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels. (b) To support the cost of these training initiatives the Employer will make a payment per Employee per week as per the table below. Such monies will be paid into Incolink to support Incolink’s continued training funding initiatives. 1 July 2024 $12.50 1 October 2025 $13.50 1 October 2026 $16.00 1 October 2027 $18.50 Provided that the Incolink arrangements are appropriately ordered so as to provide for: (i) joint employer/Union management of the training funding; (ii) access to funding in accordance with agreed guidelines, by all participating employers and unions. (c) In the event of Incolink being unable to provide the above arrangements, the Parties to this Agreement agree to establish an alternative mechanism with the intention of meeting the commitments expressed in clause 25.11(b) above. (d) The liability of the Employer to pay for the cost of training courses they approve in accordance with clauses 15.8 and 33, will be met by the making of the contributions on behalf of each Employee as required by this clause.

  • Cost Overruns The Borrower shall ensure that all cost-overruns over the estimated construction costs of the Project as certified by a quantity surveyor or the Architect or as ascertained by the Lender as and when they occur shall be funded by the Borrower’s own equity;

  • SALE/PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL LOANS AND SUBSTITUTION OF SUBSTITUTED LOANS (A) Requirements Relating to Additional Loans From time to time during the Supplemental Purchase Period, SLM ECFC may, but shall not be obligated to, sell Eligible Loans to Funding, and Funding may (but only to the extent that the Eligible Loans are contemporaneously sold to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Sale Agreement and the related Additional Sale Agreement) purchase such Additional Loans from SLM ECFC at the related Additional Loans Purchase Price set forth in the related Additional Purchase Agreement. In addition, at any time, SLM ECFC may transfer Substituted Loans to Funding in satisfaction of any Loan repurchase obligations hereunder. The sale and purchase (or substitution) of Additional Loans (or Substituted Loans) pursuant to an Additional Purchase Agreement shall be consummated as set forth in this Section 3.2.
