FUNDING FROM OTHER SOURCES. 3.3.1 Where the total amount of funding provided to the Recipient for a program, service or activity under this Schedule exceeds $100,000, the Recipient warrants that it has declared in writing to the DIAND official to whom notices must be sent under section 14.4 of the main body of this Agreement the amounts and the sources of funding it has received or that it expects to receive from any federal, provincial, territorial or municipal government source other than DIAND for that program, service or activity and will promptly notify that DIAND official in writing of any further such funding that it receives or expects to receive after signing this Agreement. 3.3.2 DIAND may require the Recipient, at any time, to reimburse to DIAND any amounts referred to in subsection 3.3.1, in whole or in part, that in the aggregate, do not exceed the total amount of funding provided under this Schedule for that program, service or activity.
