Funding Recognition. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Province, where the Recipient directs Funds towards an infrastructure project and: (i) the Funds contributed by the Province exceed $250,000; or (ii) the project has construction period of 90 days or more; the Recipient will produce and install a sign to recognize the Funds contributed by the Province at each project site in accordance with, as applicable, the Province’s current respective signage guidelines. Provincial sign design, content, and installation guidelines will be provided by the Province.
