Common use of Funding Requests Clause in Contracts

Funding Requests. (i) Upon satisfaction of all conditions precedent set forth in Section 2(f), IMSI will make an Advance (the "Initial Advance") to the Company in the aggregate amount set forth in the Operating Budget. (ii) At any time and from time to time during the Term until the Termination Date, the Company may request one or more Advances by submitting to IMSI a completed and executed Funding Request in a form reasonably satisfactory to IMSI ("Funding Request") no later than three (3) business days prior to the Funding Date of such Advance. Each such Advance shall be in the aggregate amount of not less than the amount specified in the Operating Budget (or, if less, the remaining amount available under the Line). Subject to the provisions of this Section 2 and upon satisfaction of all conditions precedent set forth in Section 2(f), IMSI shall make the Advance on the proposed Funding Date in accordance with the Company's Funding Request.
