Common use of Funds at Closing Clause in Contracts

Funds at Closing. At Closing, an amount equal to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money will be credited toward payment of the Purchase Price, and Purchaser will pay the balance of the Purchase Price by wire transfer pursuant to separate instructions to be provided by Seller. The amount due from Purchaser at Closing will be adjusted for prorated expenses and closing costs as provided in this Agreement.
