Common use of Furnish to Agent Clause in Contracts

Furnish to Agent. Promptly and in any event within ten (10) days after a Loan Party knows or has reason to know of the occurrence of a Reportable Event with respect to a Plan with regard to which notice must be provided to the PBGC, a copy of such materials required to be filed with the PBGC with respect to such Reportable Event and in each such case a statement of the chief financial officer of any Loan Party setting forth details as to such Reportable Event and the action which any Loan Party proposes to take with respect thereto;
