Common use of Furnish to Agent Clause in Contracts

Furnish to Agent. as soon as available, but in any event within 30 days after the end of each month, a report, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, setting forth a statement of gross and net production and sales proceeds of all Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Properties of Borrower and its Subsidiaries, together with such other information as Agent may reasonably request;
