Common use of Furnishing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Documentation. The Company will furnish to each Investor whose Registrable Securities are included in a Registration Statement, or to its legal counsel if it notifies the Company to do so, (a) promptly after each document is prepared and publicly distributed, filed with the SEC or received by the Company, one copy of any Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement and any amendments thereto, each preliminary prospectus and final prospectus and each amendment or supplement thereto; and (b) a number of copies of a typed version of the (i) the prospectus, including a preliminary prospectus, and all amendments and supplements thereto, and (ii) such other documents as the Investor may reasonably request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by the Investor. The Company will immediately notify by facsimile each Investor whose Registrable Securities are included in any Registration Statement of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment.
