Common use of Furnishing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Documentation. The Company will furnish to the Purchasers, or to their legal counsel, (a) promptly after such document is filed with the SEC, one copy of any Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement and any amendments thereto, each preliminary prospectus and final prospectus and each amendment or supplement thereto; and (b) a number of copies of a prospectus, including a preliminary prospectus, and all amendments and supplements thereto, and such other documents as the Purchasers may reasonably request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by the Purchasers. The Company will promptly notify by facsimile or email the Purchasers of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment.
