FURTHER ACTS AND DEEDS. The Parties shall execute, do and procure all other necessary persons, if any, to execute and do all acts and/or things as may be required to give full effect to the terms of this Sub-lease Agreement.
FURTHER ACTS AND DEEDS. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement establishes the intentions of the Parties and that they shall execute and deliver all such instruments, agreements, conveyances, deeds and documents as shall be reasonably required in order to fully perform and carry out the terms of this Agreement and the transfer of interest in the Purchased Assets.
