Common use of Further Approvals Clause in Contracts

Further Approvals. In the event the transfer of any Additional Shares at any Additional Closing (as contemplated under this Agreement) requires any approval/s from any governmental authority, the Purchaser hereby confirms and agrees that obtaining such approval/s shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the Purchaser. Seller shall provide reasonable co-operation in this regard to the extent of providing any information / document that is required from the Seller by such governmental authority.
