Common use of Further Assurances and Additional Acts Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances and Additional Acts. Guarantor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, documents and assurances and perform such acts as the Bank shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Guaranty and the other Guarantor Documents, and promptly provide the Bank with evidence of the foregoing satisfactory in form and substance to it.

Further Assurances and Additional Acts.
