Common use of Further Assurances and Corrective Instruments Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances and Corrective Instruments. The Authority and the Company agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required for correcting any inadequate or incorrect description of the Project or for carrying out the expressed intention of this Participation Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture.

The Authority Board and the Company agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required for correcting any inadequate or incorrect description of the Project herein described or intended so to be or for carrying out the expressed intention of or facilitating the performance of this Participation Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the IndentureAgreement.
