Common use of Further Assurances of Title Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances of Title. As and when requested by Logical or Color, or by any of their respective successors or assigns, LAC or CAC, as applicable, shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, all such deeds and instruments and will take or cause to be taken all such further action as Logical or Color may deem necessary or desirable in order to vest in and confirm to Logical or Color, as applicable, title to and possession of the property acquired by Logical and Color by reason or as a result of the Mergers, and otherwise to carry out the intent and purposes hereof, and the officers and directors of Logical, Color and Advatex are fully authorized in the name of Logical, Color or Advatex or otherwise to take any and all such action.
