Common use of Further Assurances of Title Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances of Title. As and when requested by WCID or by any of it successors or assigns, WCIN shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, all such deeds and instruments and will take or cause to be taken all such further action as WCID may deem necessary or desirable in order to vest in and confirm to WCID title to and possession of the property acquired by it by reason or as a result of the Merger, and otherwise to carry out the intent and purposes hereof.
