Further Co-operation. 8.1. CO-OPERATION Each of the Company and Billiton: (a) recognize the possible mutual advantages to be realized from their co-operation in the conduct of the exploration and development of mineral properties in the Republic of Tunisia by or in any project involving the Company or any Affiliate of the Company; and (b) agree to co-operate and to consult with each other with respect to exploration and acquisition opportunities coming to the attention of either party in the Republic of Tunisia.
