Further Considerations. 62.5.1 In considering whether the Doctor should be disciplined the Hospital will consider: (a) whether there is a valid reason related to the conduct of the Doctor ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from the investigation justifying disciplinary action; (b) whether the Doctor knew or ought to have known that the conduct was not of an acceptable standard; and (c) any explanation by the Doctor related to the conduct.
