Further Contract Period Extension. (a) In the event that the Authority exercises the option to extend the Contract Period in accordance with clause 4.2 (Contract Period Extension), the Authority shall, on or before the date falling three (3) months prior to the occurrence of the then Expiry Date (as to be construed in accordance with clause 4.2 (Contract Period Extension)) or such later date as the Parties may agree, have the option, on giving written notice to the Operator, to further extend such Expiry Date by a period of twelve (12) months. (b) Upon the Authority exercising its rights under clause 4.3(a), all references in this Agreement to “Expiry Date” shall be construed as referring to the date contemplated by paragraph (c) of its definition.

  • Contract Period and Renewal The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.
