Common use of FURTHER DEPOSIT Clause in Contracts

FURTHER DEPOSIT. If any deduction is made by the Landlord from the Deposit and the Reinstatement Deposit during the Term the Tenant shall immediately following demand by the Landlord make a further deposit equal to the amount deducted and failure by the Tenant to do so shall entitle the Landlord to re-enter the Premises and to end this Agreement without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the Landlord may have under this Agreement.
