Further Developments Clause Samples
The 'Further developments' clause outlines how any new inventions, improvements, or intellectual property created after the initial agreement—often as a result of ongoing work or collaboration—will be handled between the parties. Typically, this clause specifies ownership rights, obligations to disclose such developments, and the process for assigning or licensing these rights, whether the developments are directly related to the original project or arise independently but are relevant to the agreement. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how future innovations will be managed, thereby preventing disputes and protecting the interests of all involved.
Further Developments. The Purchaser acknowledges that he is aware that the Seller, or its associated entities, wish to do further developments on Farms 438/1, 439/1, 454/149, 454/33, 454/50 Stellenbosch and/or other properties or land in the Highbury Precinct, and wish to apply for the subdivisions and rezoning thereof. The Purchaser hereby specifically consents and agrees to the mentioned applications, and subsequent approvals and developments.
Further Developments. The parties' project managers will meet -------------------- periodically to discuss further improvements to the Developed Software. In addition, either party may suggest additional development efforts to be undertaken regarding the Developed Software. In such instances, the parties will discuss in good faith applicable development schedules, technology contributions, allocation of expenses, ownership, and rights of use. However, neither party will be bound by any such discussions unless the parties agree in writing to amend this Agreement or to enter into a new agreement regarding such additional development work.
Further Developments. The Student Finance Centre will be exploring further opportunities to widen our outreach activities and reach vulnerable students who may not feel confident in approaching our service directly and for 16/17 the focus will be on identifying and engaging with Young Carers. The Centre aims to establish links with charities such as Portsmouth Young Carers, Winchester and District Young Carers and the Carers Trust as well as learning from examples of best practice through local institutions such as the University of Winchester. The Centre will set up a named contact for Young Carers (as we already do for Care Leavers) to act as a “Personal Support Adviser”. They will ensure this vulnerable group are accessing all the support they are entitled to and highlighting any potential issues or additional needs with Personal Tutors. This group will also be considered a priority for support through the University Hardship Fund. We also aim to carry out Focus Groups with both users and non-users of our service to identify any potential barriers to accessibility as well as identifying good practice and ways to develop and improve the service.
Further Developments. To the extent Operator delivers Further Developments to Customer, such Further Developments shall be automatically included in the Agreement and considered as Touchpoint Software for the purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Customer specifically requests the development and implementation of any Further Development, the actual costs incurred by Operator in developing and implementing such Further Development shall considered an Expense.
Further Developments. If the Licensee makes, devises, discovers, or otherwise acquires rights in, any Improvement, the Licensee shall, to the extent that it is not prohibited by law or by any obligation to any other person (other than to a Group company), promptly notify Hypergenomics in writing giving details of the Improvement, and shall, if Hypergenomics so requests, provide such further information as is reasonably required to be able to effectively evaluate the Improvement.
Further Developments. The commercial application phase is not addressed within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ project; after the project the prototype will have to be demonstrated on large commercial wind turbines.
Further Developments. The 500kW /225kNm DemoWind CHEG generator will be manufactured by Magnomatics and project partner ATB ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in H2-2017. The machine performance will be validated at the UK’s Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (OREC) in Blyth at the end of 2017/early 2018. The generator from this project will then be tested further (e.g. endurance testing on a dynamometer) under a further DemoWind project (CHEF) by project partner Norvento, manufacturer of small-medium Wind Turbine based energy systems based in Spain, in 2018. A further programme, under which the 500kW generator will be integrated into a nacelle and operated up a pole in an experimental wind farm is anticipated. Once the larger scale machine has been validated (at scale) a programme to establish a definite route to market within the large offshore wind market is envisaged, with similar opportunities in markets with similar performance requirements, such as marine propulsion and some large off- road automotive markets identified. Full scale prototypes will be developed in partnership with OEM’s to establish the PDD in utility scale wind turbine and other identified applications. See Figure 4-10. CHAPTER 5 INNOVATIONS FROM WORK PACKAGE 4
Further Developments. This Use Case has generated much interest, and it will be extended along with: o ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, RD-Connect Spagna o Biobanks within TNGB Network o ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, BBMRI-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ o ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ The main approaches are not only collecting data, but also the method for exchanging data and for making the information interoperable. We circulated the form for collecting data: o ‘Osteogenesis_Imperfecta_Form_ADOPT_draft’ and the form for samples’ information: o ‘samples minimum data set_draft’. To make the data findable and accessible we define metadata: information that is given to describe or help you use other information. Finally, we deploy a FAIR data point, a machine-readable version of the metadata, to search our library. With this step, the FAIRification process of OI Pilot is completed.
