Common use of Further Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Further Disclosure. Employee shall promptly disclose to the Company, in confidence, (a) all Creations of any kind which Employee Creates during the term of this Agreement, and (b) each application for patent, copyright registration, mask work registration, or similar right filed by Employee within one (1) year after termination of this Agreement. Employee agrees that any such application shall be presumed to relate to a Creation of Employee Created during the term of this Agreement, unless Employee can prove otherwise.
