The Lessee shall not create, permit or suffer to exist any mortgage, encumbrance, lien, security interest, claim or charge against the Facility or any part thereof, or the interest of the Lessee or the Sublessee in the Facility or this Agreement or the Sublease Agreement, except for Permitted Encumbrances.
