Common use of Further Identification of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor will if so requested by the Administrative Agent furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent reasonably requests but in no event more frequently than once per calendar quarter, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.
