Further Instruments and Assurances. From and after the Closing Date, the Parties shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to each other such further instruments and shall take such other action as may be reasonably required to fully and effectively carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Related Agreements.
