Common use of Further Instruments and Documents Clause in Contracts

Further Instruments and Documents. Each of the parties hereto covenants and agrees that he/she/it will make, execute and deliver any and all such other and further instruments, papers and documents, and will do and perform any and all such further acts and things, as shall be or become necessary, proper or convenient to carry out, put into effect or make operative their respective covenants, promises and undertakings contained in this Agreement.
