Further Limitations on Transfer. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, the Liquidating Trustee may disregard any purported transfer or assignment of Liquidating Trust Interests by will, intestate succession or operation of law if sufficient necessary information (as reasonably determined by the Liquidating Trustee), including applicable Tax-related information, is not provided by such purported transferee or assignee to the Liquidating Trustee.
