Further mobility constraints. Although the Student can choose the mobility path through the Consortium Universities from the 2nd semester onward, in the respect of the terms set out in Article 3.1, in order to ensure an excellent quality of the course only a maximum fraction of students per site is allowed. This maximum fraction is of 40% in the 2nd semester and 30% in the 3rd and 4th semesters. Therefore, at mid-course of the second semester the Student will be asked to give her/his preference(s) for the subsequent semesters. The admission requirements at the Consortium Universities may differ and have to be taken into account when the Student select the study plan. The Executive Board may re-direct some students to sites different from their chosen ones, by taking into account any alternative mobility paths suggested by the Teaching Committee.

This fraction is between 20% and 40% in the 2nd semester and between 20% and 30% in the 3rd and 4th semesters. Therefore, at mid- course of the second semester the Student will be asked to give preference(s) for the subsequent semesters. The admission requirements at the Consortium Universities may differ and have to be taken into account when the Student selects the study plan. If students fail to distribute themselves according to the above percentages, a second iteration is allowed. If the second iteration does not lead to a satisfactory result, the Teaching Committee will propose to the Executive Board the reassignment of some students to other Consortium Universities by applying criteria that take into account the proposed specialization topics and the academic career of the students. The Executive Board may re-direct some students to sites different from their chosen ones, by taking into account any alternative mobility paths suggested by the Teaching Committee.

All equipment is to be designed to minimize the risk of fire and any damage, which may be caused in the event of fire. The equipment is also to be designed to prevent ingress of all vermin, accidental contact with live parts and to minimize the ingress of dust and dirt. The use of materials, which may be liable to attack by termites or other insects, is to be avoided.
