Common use of Further Modifications Clause in Contracts

Further Modifications. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that by the granting of this Second Amendment, the Bank shall not be in any way obligated to further modify, extend, or amend the Loan Agreement or the Loan Documents, or to forebear or forestall any collection efforts or other remedies it may have under the Loan Agreement or the Loan Documents or at law.
