Common use of Further, PBS Clause in Contracts

Further, PBS. is entitled to withdraw from the Contract if the Buyer is in default with the payment of any pecuniary debts owed to PBS for more than 30 days, even though such debts arise from a contract other than the one that is terminated hereby.
