Common use of Further Remedies Clause in Contracts

Further Remedies. This Contract shall remain in full force and effect and the City shall be and remain liable for the full performance of all its obligations hereunder. All remedies of the Lender are cumulative and may be exercised concurrently or separately. The exercise of any one remedy shall not be deemed an election of such remedy or preclude the exercise of any other remedy. [END OF ARTICLE XII]
