Common use of Further Warranty Clause in Contracts

Further Warranty. Upon the reasonable request of any Party, without further consideration, any other Party shall enter into and deliver necessary or required additional documents, and take necessary or required further legal actions, so that all transactions contemplated in this Agreement can be completed and take effect as prompt as possible.
