Common use of Further Clause in Contracts

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Fund pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Fund and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Fund pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Fund and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Company pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Company and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Company pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Company and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ ActAct or other applicable laws, rules or regulations, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Trusts pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its Fund shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Trusts pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Trusts and its their shareholders.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Company pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Company and its shareholdersshareholders and shall comply with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and any state laws concerning privacy.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Company pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust Company and its shareholdersshareholders and shall comply with the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and any state laws concerning privacy.

Further. the Custodian will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust Company pursuant to Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ ActAct or other applicable laws, rules or regulations, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Custodian shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.
