Future Advertisements Clause Samples

Future Advertisements. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that ------ GKM has the right, subject to the Company's approval, to place advertisements describing its services to the Company under this Agreement in financial and other newspapers and journals at its own expense following the date upon which the Private Placement closes.
