Future Amendments. 8.3.1. Further to Section 8.1, Section 8.2 and Section 8.3, where amendments apply to a single or limited number of parcels, the owners of the applicable parcels shall be signatories to the amending agreement, where all parcels are subject to the amendments, all land owners shall be signatories.
