Future Approvals. The right to withhold all further reviews, approvals, licenses, building permits and/or other permits for development of the Project in the case of a default by Master Developer, or in the case of a default by a Subdeveloper, development of those Parcels owned by the Subdeveloper until the Default has been cured. No approvals, licenses, building permits, or other permits may be withheld from any Subdeveloper for a Default of Master Developer.
Future Approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the County from denying or conditionally approving any subsequent land use permit or authorization for the Project on the basis of such new or modified ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations and policies except that such subsequent actions shall be subject to any conditions, terms, restrictions, and requirements expressly set forth herein.

Future Approvals. To the extent Developer is required to obtain any subsequent Project approvals from the City, the City shall not use its discretionary authority in considering any such application to change the policy decisions reflected in the Development Agreement and the Specific Plan, or otherwise to prevent or to delay development of the Project.
