Future Arrangements. The Parties have had significant discussions during negotiations for this Agreement about the possibility of moving to one work model. The Parties commit to continuing these discussions during the life of this Agreement with a view, if agreement can be reached, to moving to one work model when this Agreement is replaced. A Workstream Employee may elect (but will not be required by Telstra) to become a Job Family Employee at any time, other than if the employee has been notified of termination of employment. An election takes effect at the beginning of the first full pay period after Telstra gives the employee written confirmation that it has processed the election. Following this election, a Job Family Employee may elect to go back to being a Workstream Employee but:  can only exercise this right once, and  must do so within 12 months of becoming a Job Family Employee. If you move between work models Telstra will set your remuneration package at or above the minimum rates in Appendices A and C. Telstra will pay you the same (or greater) Fixed Remuneration (unless you agree otherwise) that you were paid under your AWA or ITEA if:  you or Telstra terminates your AWA or ITEA  this Agreement starts to apply to you, and  you become a Job Family Employee.  you or Telstra terminates your AWA or ITEA  this Agreement starts to apply to you, and  you become a Workstream Employee.

Future Arrangements. The parties are independent of each other and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a joint venture, partnership, agency or any other arrangement between the parties. The parties have no obligation to enter into any business or contractual relationship, investment, or transaction with each other relative to the Purpose, the Confidential Information or any other matter. The parties acknowledge and agree, unless and until a definitive and legally binding agreement has been executed, there is no liability with respect to the Purpose.

Future Arrangements. NHS England wish to merge all CCGs across their integrated care system (ICS) boundaries by April 2022. The NHS long term plan noted that typically there will be one CCG per ICS area. Agreement will be sought from the organisation(s) which has the responsibility for NHS CHC assessments in advance of April 2022 for the continuation of the arrangement noted in this MoU. Future Arrangements. Experian and Reseller shall continue to work together in good faith for a minimum of [***] to reach definitive agreements regarding [***]. Neither party shall have any obligation with respect to such arrangements until agreement is reached on definitive agreements specifying the rights and obligationsof the parties. No alleged breach of this provision shall be the basis for any termination of or other action under this Agreement.

Future Arrangements. Should ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and CBF mutually agree to do so in the future, the Parties may contract separately with HL&P, or mutually enter into an agreement to provide for separate and direct billing by HL&P to each Party, so as to require the installation of separate HL&P metering for each of their respective facilities. The Parties agree that, in such instance, CBF and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall each share equally in the costs of installing additional metering facilities at the electrical substation and the Parties shall agree at such time as to which added items of metering equipment will be owned by which Party.

Future Arrangements. Within 90 days of the date of this Agreement the parties will agree on terms and compensation for exchange of sales leads, traffic termination and other relevant matters.

Future Arrangements. The General Partner and the Limited Partner agree that, to the extent that the Limited Partner wishes to continue to be actively involved in the business of the Partnership and its Affiliates and the Limited Partner and the General Partner mutually agree that such active involvement shall continue after December 31, 2016, they shall discuss in good faith a potential compensation structure with respect to the Limited Partner to apply with respect to the Limited Partner's performance in fiscal year 2017 and subsequent years with the intention of agreeing the terms of such compensation structure and implementing it on or prior to December 31, 2016.

Future Arrangements. In addition to the foregoing, the parties ------------------- intend that substantially all of Chevron's Processable Gas in the lower 48 continental United States be processed or caused to be processed by WPC, except for those situations where (1) contractual commitments existing as of the date of this Master Processing Agreement require that the gas be processed elsewhere (in which case the gas will become subject to this Master Processing Agreement, without further action by either party, upon expiration of the existing contractual commitments), (2) the gas is currently or can hereafter be processed in a Chevron Plant, (3) WPC has no suitable processing facilities in the vicinity and either does not desire to install facilities or is not able to do so in a manner that delivers to Chevron economic benefits comparable to Chevron's other processing options, or (4) WPC, after full disclosure by Chevron of the circumstances and consultation between Chevron and WPC, is unable to offer Chevron terms that are as favorable as those available to Chevron from a Third Party Plant and Chevron elects to have its gas processed in the Third Party Plant.

Future Arrangements. 15.1 We shall respect your cultural, spiritual and religious wishes related to death and these shall be recorded in your Personal Care Plan. 15.2 In the event of your death any items of jewellery, cash, bank books and insurance documents, which have been held in the Care Home for safekeeping, shall be forwarded to your next of kin, Executor of your Will or legal representative. 15.3 In the event of your death any fees outstanding to the Council or Care Home shall be charged to your Estate. 15.4 If you have not made a Will and have no known next of kin, or legal representative we shall forward your personal items to the office of the Procurator Fiscal, who shall attempt to trace your relations. 15.5 If you do not have anyone who can arrange your funeral, we shall make the necessary arrangements in consultation with the person responsible for the payment of the costs.
