Future Expenditures. None of the Obligors anticipate that the future expenditures, if any, by the Obligors needed to meet the provisions of any federal, state or foreign governmental statutes, orders, rules or regulations will be so burdensome as to result, or create a material risk of resulting, in any Material Adverse Change.
