Common use of Future Laws Clause in Contracts

Future Laws. To the Knowledge of Seller or Parent, there are no Environmental Laws currently enacted or promulgated, but as to which compliance is not yet required, that would require Seller or Buyer to take any action with regard to the Purchased Assets within three (3) years from the Closing Date in order to bring the Business as presently conducted into compliance with such Environmental Laws.

Future Laws. To the Knowledge of the Parent Seller or Parentand the Company, there are no Environmental Laws currently enacted or promulgated, but as to which compliance is not yet required, that would require Seller the Company or the Buyer to take any action with regard to at any of the Purchased Assets Leased Real Property within three one (31) years year from the Closing Date effective date of this Agreement in order to bring the Business Company’s businesses or the operations at the Leased Real Property as presently conducted into compliance with such Environmental Laws.
