Common use of Future Laws Clause in Contracts

Future Laws. The Tenant agrees that its obligations to make payment of the Fixed Rent, Additional Rent and all other charges on its part to be paid, and to perform all of the covenants and agreements on its part to be performed during the Term hereunder shall not, except as herein set forth in the event of condemnation by public authority, be affected by any present or future law, by-law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order or other lawful requirement regulating or affecting the use which may be made of the Premises.
