Future Modification. In the event funding is provided from a legislatively authorized funding source that has been mutually bargained, including for funds other than a legislative appropriation, the parties agree to reopen this section to determine the distribution of the salary increase. (1) Compensation to address the state funding for Nursing; and, (2) “high demand” areas. The parties mutually agree to have a limited reopener to address Article XXII (Priority Associate).
