FUTURE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS. The City recognizes that do to regulatory and statue changes and requirements, as well as needs of each agency that it may be necessary to add new or change services to resulting contract(s). Therefore, City reserves the right to add new services and products to the contract. Such services and services added to the resulting contract(s) should be at the same pricing methodology/discounts as the services and products already on contract. This section will also apply to future UCMR studies that do not have a final approved list of testing. Participating agencies may also amend any participating agreement(s) as necessary.
