Future Note Guarantors. So long as any Notes remain outstanding, unless all the Note Guarantors have been released under Section 17.03, the Company shall cause any future Domestic Subsidiary, other than a Subsidiary whose sole assets consist of FCC and other regulatory licenses, to become a Note Guarantor, and, if applicable, execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture pursuant to which such Subsidiary will Guarantee payment of the Notes.
