The "Future Phases" clause defines how additional stages or expansions of a project will be addressed within the contract. It typically outlines the process for initiating, negotiating, and approving work that extends beyond the current scope, such as requiring written agreements or amendments before new phases begin. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear framework for handling future work, preventing misunderstandings and providing a structured approach to project growth or continuation.
Future Phases. The Developer and County acknowledge that Phase Two and all subsequent phases of will require approval by the Teton County Planning Administrator demonstrating that the plan for that phase is in substantial accordance with the approved and recorded Master Plan for the Development as defined in Teton County Code 9-3-5-C and D.
