Future Recovery Plans. Recovery plans under ESA delineate actions necessary to recover and protect federally listed species. These plans frequently include information, or may lead to the development of information, that can contribute to the development of an adaptive management program. However, recovery plans do not obligate any Plan Permittee, individual or entity to undertake specific tasks. A. Not require any additional land or financial compensation by Permittees; B. Be finalized only after the USFWS has consulted with and requested input from the SSHCP Implementing Entity on the preparation of the recovery plan; and C. Not in any way diminish the Take Authorization for Covered Species granted to Plan Permittees pursuant to the SSHCP, this Agreement, or the Section 10(a) Permit.
