Common use of Future Requests Clause in Contracts

Future Requests. In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options under subsection C of this Article 12 and consents to a proposed assignment or sublease, and (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety (90) days after the giving of such consent, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

Future Requests. In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options option under subsection C of this Article 12 and consents to a proposed assignment or sublease, and (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days after the giving of such consent, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options under subsection C of this Article 12 the Recapture Option and consents to a proposed assignment or sublease, and (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety one hundred fifty (90150) days after the giving of such consent, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection Subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options under subsection C of this Article 12 and consents to a proposed assignment or sublease, and (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days after the giving of such consent, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options option under subsection C of this Article 12 (if applicable), and consents Tenant fails to submit a proposed assignment or subleasesublease for Landlord's consent within ninety (90) days after Landlord's receipt of the Term Sheet describing such Proposed Transaction, and or (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety thirty (9030) days after the giving of such consentconsent pursuant to subsection G hereof, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.
