G2 Professional Indemnity Sample Clauses

The G2 Professional Indemnity clause requires a party, typically a contractor or consultant, to maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of a project and sometimes for a specified period after completion. This insurance covers claims arising from professional negligence, errors, or omissions in the performance of their services. By mandating such coverage, the clause ensures that financial risks associated with professional mistakes are managed and that affected parties have recourse to compensation, thereby allocating risk and promoting accountability.
