Garbage Disposal; Grease Trans. To the extent specified in Concessionaire's plan for the improvements or in connection with any Alterations (or any approval by City in connection therewith) or as otherwise required by applicable Laws, Concessionaire shall provide and maintain an industrial garbage disposal at each Unit.
