Common use of Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments Clause in Contracts

Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments. With respect to garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and wage assignments in effect with Inland American (or any other Inland American Entity) as of the Distribution Date for any Xenia Employee or Former Xenia Employee, Xenia (and any other employing Xenia Entity), as appropriate, shall honor such payroll deduction authorizations and shall continue to make payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee, as specified by the court or governmental order which was on file with Inland American as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date. Inland American shall, as soon as practicable after the Distribution Date, provide Xenia (and any other employing Xenia Entity), as appropriate, with such information in Inland American’s possession (and not already in the possession of a Xenia Entity) as may be reasonably requested by the Xenia Entities and necessary for the Xenia Entities to make the payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee as required by this Section 7.2.
